Ingredients:

For 1 meal:

  • 30 g precooked semolina
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 half zucchini
  • 2 sprigs of flat parsley
  • 30 g leg of cooked lamb
  • salt

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables and detail them in small dice. Boil a saucepan of salt water and dip in the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes and put the lamb chopped into small cubes.
