Do you have dark chocolate and vanilla sugar in your cupboards? And hop, here is a dessert half-vanilla mi-choco that will please him from 2 years.


  • For 2 desserts:
  • 1 half-liter of semi-skimmed milk
  • 25 g of Maïzena
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 1 half bag of vanilla sugar
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs


Heat the milk. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and cornflour. Pour everything into the hot milk and gently bring to a boil without stopping. Separate the cream into two equal parts. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or a few seconds in the microwave) and mix it in one of the parts. In two small cups, pour both creams at the same time to have a black and white set. Serve chilled.
