With his little eyes and big ears ... here is a funny man who invites himself at dessert time. From 18 months old.


  • For 2 desserts:
  • 70 g of creamy honey
  • 10 cl of cream
  • 1 mustard glass of growth milk
  • the yellow of 1 big egg
  • 1 C. coffee orange flower water.
  • Decoration: 1 apricot, 2 raspberries


In a bowl, beat the egg yolk and cream. Boil the milk. Pour in the honey and give a broth without stopping. Pour the milk-honey mixture into the mesh bowl without stop whipping. Add the orange blossom and pour into an ice cream maker (if not, pour into a freezer and stir with a fork for crystals). 10 min before serving, place the ice cream in a cool place to let it soften. Mold it into a ball. Plant three slices of apricot as ears and mouth and two raspberries for the eyes. Serve.
