  • 4 slices of leg of lamb
  • 1 C. powder curry powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 banana
  • 20 cl of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup


Heat the oil in a skillet. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the meat into thin strips. Fry the onion and leg of lamb 3 or 4 minutes. Cut the banana into slices. Add it to the meat with coconut milk and curry. Cook for 3 minutes.
