Duck aiguillettes with cream

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 600 g duck aiguillettes
  • 25 cl of cream
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper in brine
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 1 bag of couscous semolina
  • salt


Pour 25 cl of boiling water over the semolina, salt and let swell 5 min. Cook the aiguillettes 5 to 6 min in the hot oil. Take them out. on the skimmer, salt them. Pour the cream and pepper into the pan, bring to the boil and cook. 2 minutes stirring. Top the aiguillettes and serve with the couscous.
