- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 quart of mozzarella ball
- 2 basil leaves
- For the vinaigrette: 1 tbsp. vinegar + 3 tbsp. olive oil + 1 pinch of salt
Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
Both slices of tomato, slice a slice of mozzarella.
Arrange everything on a plate. Sprinkle with vinaigrette and decorate with basil.
